>How much does a remodeling project cost?

>How long does a remodeling project take?

Remodeling can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to 1-6 months depending on the size of the job and the complexities involved. Additional time may be required for design, engineering, permits, utilities, and delivery of materials and supplies.

>Do you offer free in-person estimates?

Yes we do! We will meet with you, discuss and assess your home improvement plans, and send you an estimated cost all at no charge.

>What type of training and certifications do you have?

Our General Contractor, Eli Halverson, spent 7 years working as a Carpenter for a Restoration Construction company in the Seattle area. In addition to the knowledge and skills he was gaining on the job, he also attended the Construction Industry Training Council of Washington (CITC) for 4 years earning his Journeymen's Certificate.

Rowan Remodel has also received training through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is Certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration.

>Is your company licensed and/or insured?

Rowan Remodel holds a valid Construction Contractors License (ROWANRL788DU) and we are currently insured with Strong Family Insurance.
